Hi all... in the past at the bottom of the “home” page i can see wifi and see selection of nearby connection for ease of connecting. Now after this oreo update i can only see network on “settings” and its the long way of connecting.
Any idea????!

Google removed that "shortcut" starting with Android oreo for ALL devices, from now on you need to go to settings -> network.
Some manufactures managed to create a shortcut next to the settings cog for easy access like OnePlus TVs.
I don't remember how I did it, I think with Downloader app, but I've made a shortcut on homepage to link some android app that weren't show. I'm still using nougat, but you can give a try to link your settings app, so you have it on home. Another way maybe to use Button Mapper to setup an unused button on your remote to go directly to Settings.
