Any Android TV or Vizio with Chromecast. Although if casting is that important just buy a Chromecast...
Mostly you need an Android Phone and then either a Chromecast dongle or a TV running the Android TV OS if you want comprehensive “Casting” coverage.
I would wait a get Google’s Upcoming snappy new “Sabrina” dongle if you want to cast. Should be released real soon and you can use any TV with it.
If you don't want a TV with Android TV OS which includes Chromecast Built-in, then you can consider some Vizio TVs with ONLY Chromecast built-in.
