The Chinese market Mibox models (non international versions) have a good assortment of Chinese national and provincial content that are accessible to overseas Chinese.

Use 3.0 or lite version. Lite version lacks certain functions, like bookmarking channels, but has cleaner UI and no popup ad. It doesn't have Leanback launcher on Android TV but you can create one ( http://atvlauncher.trekgonewild.de/ ). Some shows are region-locked and need VPN to bypass.
