I usually control most of the things on Android TV with the Google Home which I have before it. Usually it works pretty well.
Today when I told my assistant on the Google Home to "increase the volume" on my TV it just goes up all the way to 100 and when I say "decrease the volume" it goes to 0.
The same command works correctly when I use the assistant via TV remote. Has this happened to anyone else?
On my TV saying "increase volume" on Google Home just pops up the volume dialog without changing it, saying "increase volume to 8" increases it to 8, saying "increase volume" to assistant on TV increases the volume by 10, so it it was on 2 it jumps to 12.
Holy shit having the TV go to 100% would be my worst nightmare, currently never going above 15% and 25% pretty much hurts already
Is there a setting on the Android TV you set to "control the Volume from your TV remote" or something like it?
Try a number. 7=70% at least on my mini that's how the volume changes better
