Recently did a restore puffin stopped working I have file manager downloader
It wont let me install from the multiple site i know of (i did allow from unknown sources)
I did try to uninstall and go through google play to update so puffin would work but that didnt work either
Any help?
If you have Android phone install "send files to tv app" ( it's in google tv store. Install in both) download Aptoide TV apk to your phone and send to Android TV. Use any file explorer to install. Remember give permissions when the programs ask for it. You can found many tutorials in YouTube
Other option_ I think I heard using ES explorer you can send files to tv. One way is putting your Google account and syncing by Google drive add-on in ES explorer

Problem solved
Solution - “send files to tv” app made it easy for me to send an apk to my android tv via my android phone, i had to add this app on both the android phone and the android tv which was found on the google app store then it was a few clicks after that
I post this last comment in case someone runs in to the same problem
I went and added the aptoide apk from the apk pure website on to the phone so it was visible on the files app Then i could open the “send files to tv” app and click send on the phone and navigate to find the apk file, click receive on the tv when you have this same app open on the tv at the same time and it will auto send The tv asks to allow from unknown sources and it will open settings for you so you can allow
