Android TV 9 WiFi Issues

Running into an issue where the device disconnects from WiFi in any media app (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc). It’s about 50/50 whether it affects video playback or not, half of the time is causes the playback to stop.

WiFi shows connected to my network, however the icon for WiFi is blue.

Can’t be my WiFi as no other device in my house has this issue.

Does anyone have a resolution for this issue? I’ve looked into the settings as best as I could and I can’t see anything. Developer options are enabled but couldn’t find anything in there that would help.

It looks like the android TV inaccurately thinks it’s in standby or something and disconnects when streaming video. Any help is appreciated!

Which device? Some bravias are flakey af on WiFi. Whatever it is connect it with a cable if at all possible.

Happens to me on my mi box while watching twitch. Randomly it just stops working as if wifi is down yet still connected and only thing that fixes it is disabiling and re-enabling the wifi.

I used to have Quality issues with Bluetooth Speaker connected to MiBox while on WiFi. Check for interference. Works fine with Bluetooth Headset though.
