If you use Chrome you have two choices. The regular view is a landscape tablet view. It's the mobile version but has the sections expanded, not collapsed like the phone view. However, the 2nd option is to chose "Desktop site" in Chrome and then you get the regular computer version of Wikipedia.
Depends on the browser, but if you're using Chrome, just like mobile.
Puffin browser. Not great but works
I use this version of Chrome on my Android TV devices. It supports copy/paste, etc...... but you have to use an airmouse.

No not built in u need to install a browser and i highly recommend u not to install anything outside of playstore
