So I bought the mi box in December, and I haven't really used it because if I want to watch some else on the tv I have to unplug the power else it will keep changing the TV to HDMI 1.
Any ideas? I did the latest update but still the same.

ALL AMLogic chipset based devices have buggy HDMI-CEC control.
You will find that they want to dominate the CEC communication interface and switch back to their own HDMI inputs as well or turn the TV back on after you turn it off.
Worse still is they then cause CEC control problems with other normally working connected HDMI CEC devices. Becoming a right royal PITA.
The new TiVo Stream 4K is a complete CEC buggy disaster - TiVo were so poor / slack / stupid in testing that device - that they have not even provided a CEC Settings option to disable it.
The only guys that know what they are doing with AMLogic HDMI CEC control are the CoreELEC developers that have bug busted Bootloader CEC control.
CEC - works nicely with that OS now :-)
