Help please, stuck on android loading animation

I have tried updating via USB pen drive but this didn't fox the problem

It has been on this screen for over 10 minutes, it happened after I accidentally selected changed a setting in developer options, the option I think I clicked was show touch screen touches in overlay, I have a tcl u49p6046

still not working, tv stuck on android bootup animation. i have contacted the manufacter for a solution

This is going to sound weard, but I got it the update to work, I inserted it into the USB 2.0 port to go into the update menu, them as soon as the update menu comes up I swapped it to the USB 3.0 port, I know it is updating, i will keep you guys updated if this fixed it
