Multi Tennant Building and Cameras and Android T.V.

I have a building with about 50 units, everyone now has Android T.V. from the cable provider and I was curious is there a camera option that we could use for Front Door / Laundry Room and Back door that everyone could access via either an APP with a single login? or some other way? Thoughts?

You would need to supply internet to the cameras and then find a system that allows sharing with other user accounts. Think of it like a Dyson fan, it's on my account but I'm sharing it with your account and your friends. But I am the building manager.

This is crazy hard to safely manage and keep secure. It's probably safer to just make the cameras public at that point.

Can't you just have a couple of IP cameras and then proxy them as an IPTV stream through VLC/other and share as an M3U file. Use TVirl to 'tune' your Android TV channels to the M3U file contents and you're good!
