Have been driving me nuts. Rebooting my Philips AndroidTV have been impossible. Option nowhere to be found. Trust me!
Finally found a solution. 😁 Frickin Philips sure made it close to impossible to reboot the TV. Really stupid.

I have a keyboard that I bought a while ago and it has a function key for ctr+alt+del which reboots the TV easily. (PUS7303)
Both Philips 6401 and 7053 have reboot option. Maybe it is removed in Pie
OMG, thanks!! at least there is a way without the "unplug/plug method".
Although WTF Philips!?!?!?! Why not have that option somewhere other than in an obscure maintenance menu?? It is super annoying having to memorize a 6 digit number to avoid plug/unplug when Netflix hangs...
Why not just shut turn it off and on again when you want to reboot it? I guess there is no turn off option so you just pull the plug 😉
Turn off tv, remove the plug from the socket for 1 to 3 MINUTES (depending on brand Android tv), turn power and tv back on and it will do a real reboot.
On mine (7303) it's android settings - about - reboot. A right pain.
