Kogan Android TV suddenly changing to Dolby vision and it's ruined the quality.

Previously my picture settings were set on "vivid" and it looked great. Now for some reason that option has disappeared and I have new settings available for Dolby vision where the backlight is stuck at 50.

It looks much less vibrant and less clear, even blurry.

What can I do about this I'm really mad.

Was there was a software update recently? Sounds like a question for Kogan tech support https://www.kogan.com/au/contact-us/

It's obviously up to you but vivid picture settings are designed for store use. The colours are artificially blown up and inaccurate.

Dolby vision is more in line with the film makers intent and will be more accurate.

Give it 2 weeks and then switch back to vivid and you'll realise that the vivid setting is awful

This is in Netflix by the way.
