Firstly, deep color gamut is off. Also, are you sure your tv supports HDR? Also does your HDMI?
It says on the Tv box it’s the Philips 5604 series And how could I find out if my HDMI supports it

I had the same problem with my Xbox one X. You have to go to the settings for each HDMI port and set it to HDMI 2 I think

I have managed to install mediaboxhd On my 55pus7304 Philips Android tv with AndroidTV 9Pie.
But the icon is missing from homescreen and the launcher. When i go to settings-memory and Search through all apps, there i Can find the mediaboxhd and open it, and its working perfect. Only the icon is missing from the Home screen.
I think this is not a Android TV related problem.... BUT, try connecting the PS4 to other HDMI port.
