I know on some Sony android tv there is an option to customize their TV button on the remote for a specific input. If your tv has this option in settings then maybe it will be possible to say TV using voice command after you assign an input.
I don't think so. But fire TV cube can do it. I have 2 that I basically use to do that and use for other Alexa voice stuff. I use mi box s and airtv players for video.
