Looking for my ideal androidTV box... Network port, Netflix, ADB over network, and cheap

I'm looking for about 4 of these, so the Shield is out of my price range.

I've got an aged nexus player (no network port, no ADB over WiFi) and I've been playing with an x96air but can't get Netflix to work on any ATV custom ROM (ATV version). It needs to be androidTV for ease of use for the family.

Can anyone suggest a cheap option for a wired androidTV box that has Netflix and ADB over network?

I think the Mi Box S or the Jetstream 4K are your only low cost options that have a network port and support Netflix HD. Not sure about wireless ADB support.

You could also consider a Fire TV Stick with LAN adapter. That would cover your requirements for LAN, wireless ADB support and Netflix HD capability.

Jetstream AGT419 at Walmart is official AndroidTV and fits the bill. Sells for about $65

Firstly you have to activate Developer Mode on ATV boxes to ADB connect. (Click About 9 times)

The Jetstream AGT419 has an Ethernet port.

If the X96 Air has an AMLogic chipset it can run CoreELEC Kodi from a microSDHC card, which then can use the Kodi Netflix Addon:
