Amazon Prime stopped working on MiBox3

I am using MiBox3 for last 18 months and used to watch Amazon Prime since the beginning after installing it from Play store.

However since two days, the Prime app stopped workings and throws a message "device is not compact able". Any idea what happened in the past 2 days and truly appreciate any workaround.

Android version 8.0.0 (latest update as on today for the box)

How many devices you are using?I have recently installed prime on my wifes ipad and suddenly I could not watch on my fire stick.Only 3 devices is allowed.I am in Danmark

Same problem in the Netherlands. Casting works though.

In Brazil the app is not available at play store. I use the Nvidia shield app sideloaded.

I'm using Prime Video for Android TV v5.2.4 and no issues on MiBox 3.

I just tried 2 movies I purchased on Amazon with my Mi Box. Still works fine. Don't know if "Free with Prime" movies can still play since my subscription expired. What version of Prime Video app are you using and what country are you in? I am still using 4.11.4 and in US.

This happened to me last week, there is another post in the sub with an older APK that fixed the problem.

Right now as I am writing this I am watching Amazon Prime on Mi Box 3.

You just have to switch to a newer apk. Ideally the new mibox version. That is what I did.
