I haven’t been able to find one for purchase online/in stores for weeks, all I can find is the stupid tube version (I need a USB port).
Is the supply chain affected by the current pandemic or is it discontinued? Can’t find any news online about it.
I might just pony up $300 to a eBay reseller 😡

I bought two new ones on amazon for $200 last week. They are there, but they come and go almost instantly. I think I was f5'ing a couple of times a day for a week or two to find it. You can try setting up alerts on camelcamelcamel.... good luck finding one!
Nintendo gets first dibs on the Tegra's, and the Switches are hard to find right now too.. just supply chain issues.. Nintendo's got Nvidia in a choke hold with this switch deal.
It makes no sense for them to restock it with the current switch sales. The lack of supply matches their normal never lower price scheme for phasing out a product.
I got both of mine from best buy within the past 2 months. Just gotta keep checking
I just bought one a week ago for $199.99 on Amazon. You have to just keep refreshing the page or set an alert to be notified when they are back in stock.
I ran into the same thing. I bought an ematic agt419 to ride me by until these are easier to find. They're plentiful and cheap.
I ended up buying the Tube, not bad if you use a MicroSD card to expand the storage and it has built in network share to transfer files over the network to the Shield
I did have to buy an expensive Bluetooth Air Mouse for it though since it has no USB port or Micro USB Port so you can't use the cheap versions that use a USB receiver
It has been sold out for months probably because it's made in China and nothing is coming from China since the Virus was made public
