My mi box 3 is telebee version, model: MDZ-16-AB, and it's incompatible with NF, i heard if installed an international rom, it would work with NF, but flash a rom on oreo may irrevocably destroy the MRD code,so I have to downgrade it to noungat, and work from there, so where can i find downgrade tutorials? All I found are tutorials of downgrading from Oreo to mm, is this applicable to noungat too? Thanks in advance.

Manually flash Oreo 8.0 for mdz-16-ab. I believe the most recent build is 2562. Download from this official link: https://android.googleapis.com/packages/ota-api/xiaomi_once_once/2c49569c61c055db0b4f8dee8d49e4b04ecf9100.zip and find manual update instructions on this subreddit.
You need to rename zip file to update.zip and follow instructions...
Once you do that the box is now Xiaomi brand completely and typically works fine with Netflix.
Next you need to overcome the Netflix issue in terms of using a VPN.
I am not sure if any VPN will allow you to access Netflix content, which is your major issue.
All your talk of downgrading to Nougat is not part of the solution and effectively impossible....
Flashing proper update.zip for MDZ-16-AB will not affect your DRM partition. You have no idea what you are talking about.
I don't you can downgrade to Oreo, it was never released. There are beta builds only
