If you took the same amount of time to google what a userdebug rom is as you did writing this post, you would quickly find out that a userdebug rom is a firmware build intended for debugging purposes, and in some cases have root access enabled. Although i highly doubt that on a Mi Box build.
Unless you are a Xiaomi developer, it won't be useful to you at all.
