How can I get the HEX code for a button on my remote without help from Philips support? 75PUS7304

Hi,

I need the HEX code for the OK button. My universal remote does a long press instead of a short press. Philips support in Sweden are useless when I ask for the code. Have also tried teaching the command to my remote and this doesn't work. Does anyone have a good solution for this? Will he very thankful :)

In case anyone wonders, I didn't solve this issue. Philips support in Sweden neither understood my questions or wanted to put in the effort to help me. Found a work around with my harmony remote. Got help to re-route the OK-button from Logitech.
