Did the Android 9.0 / Pie update for the Mi Box fix the CEC volume?

I have the Mi Box 3 with Oreo 8.1 and every time I change the volume on the Mi Box, two different volume bars show up on screen: a Mi Box volume and my TV volume.

Has this issue been fixed in Android 9.0 on the Mi Box S? I want it to only display my TV volume.

I have a mi box s with Android 9.0 with a Samsung TV. When changing volume with the mi box s remote only one volume bar appears: the one from the mi box

Mine works ok, I think it has something to do with the tv also, mine is LG (oled)

Don’t forget the tv and the mi box both have to have cec enabled.
