I am looking to buy "The One" Tv, how is the experience, is it any faster than the older philips tvs that used to lag so bad. It comes out of the box with Android 9.

I have a 7303 which I think is the model down from 'the one' and feel like it's fast enough. It takes a while to boot up but once in the ATV menus it's responsive and featureful.
I run Kodi natively and stream 4k video from my NAS with no issues at all. I even installed Retro Arch and run games from a USB with surprising performance.
Go for it!
I have 2019 model, 55 inch, in picture settings there is "monitor" mode, this is the best picture you can get for games of older generation consoles, like ps3, in my opinion. No jaggies and all what comes with 4k TVs with large sizes. This life turns off every picture enhancement, but leaves it real smooth, almost anti aliasing.
I also have 55 inch 7304 2019 model. Mainly playing ps4 and also iptv. Picture quality is not the best in my opinion but you can dig in the settings and make really significant changes. It has android 9 inside and it is really fast. I'm very happy with it. My main concern was the sound quality and it was really bad so i bought a soundbar that fixes the problem.
I have the sister model 8804 and I really enjoy it. Quite responsive.
I got the 7354 and the UI is fast and responsive so far! Snaps in and out of apps quickly, also was able to install my VPN on it so that's cool. However my phone is an android and can't bloody cast to the TV, which is an androidtv. Wtf.
I own a 32pfs6402 and a 55oled803. Both of them are really fast and responsive. Just a few bugs sometimes but not something important.
