Certified Android TV does not necessarily also mean certified @ Netflix, etc. To my knowledge, the only Android TV devices also certified @ popular streaming services are Nvidia Shield, MiBox, Jetstream, and Air TV, with the TiVo "Stream 4k" coming soon.
Just get Nvidia Shield /thread /caseclosed
