My Toshiba won't play it as HDR and Toshiba support asking me show them short video / photos of other TVs playing it and recognize it as HDR so they can troubleshoot my TV issue.
My model u7950 per Toshiba official support it must be able properly play HdR10, HdR10+, HLG and Dolby Vision.

How do you know you are not getting HDR? Several models of Toshiba TVs do not use a HDR popup badge even though they do support HDR. I tested that specific clip on both of my Toshiba FireTV Edition TVs as well as my LG OLED65B7A. That clip played in HDR on all 3.
