Don’t get dazzled by tech specs, especially bullshit ones from cheap China. Software support will not be there. Especially with Allwinner chipsets
Firmware & OS support on Android devices is VERY important. You will not get that from cheap China.
Brands to look for that do provide proper support are Nvidia, Xiaomi, Amazon, Apple. For regular Android look at Ugoos and Beelink.
Also research the Freaktab website, AMLogic S9xx section for the most popular devices.

It looks like this T95 device don't have Android TV OS, which means it's not a Google certified box and there will be no HD support for Netflix. You will likely face a lot of problems. I highly suggest you to go with Mi Box S, which is a Google certified Android TV Box.
