Does anyone know if the fox sports app automatically plays in 4k or a setting that has to be changed or enabled to turn it on?

I have 4k enabled in all my settings on the fire stick but the superbowl pregame isn't outputting at 4k or HDR. I read an article that the pregame as well as the game will bee displayed in 4k but don't know how to get it to work.

EDIT: I read another post and figured it out for anyone else wondering the same thing, I went into display settings on the firestick and had to set it from auto to always 2160p and under dynamic range settings to always HDR and now it displays correctly, you'll just want to change those settings back after the game.

Is it just me or is the picture terrible on the Fox App during the game??

The commercials look fine, but the game feed looks pretty bad on 4K. If I switch over to normal OTA 1080i it looks lots better.

What kind of bandwidth is the steam using? (If you can check)? Also, I assume we won't be able to pause or rewind during the game using the app?

Look in the guide in the app. If you don’t see 4k HDR it won’t be. I’m watching the Kickoff program right now using the app on my FireTV Stick 4k and it is in 4k HDR. Looking at the guide in the app both the Pregame show and the game itself are marked as 4k HDR.

I'm not seeing anything like that either. Is this the fox sports app?
