So I just bought an Nvidia shield as I was having some issues with my Mi Box. The system is up to date with every application updated. The only issue I'm having is that can't find the TwitchTV app on the play store. And trying to install it from the website says that it is incompatbile on both the Nvidia shield and the mi box. I certainly remember using the application on the mi box but now it says it is incompatible?
Any ideas on how to install the application on the shield?
Dunno, in Australia I'm able to install the Twitch.TV app without issue, but as others have mentioned the S0undTV App looks pretty good... downloading now
Agreed with /u/z0mghii use the SoundTV app instead. Active development, way more features, a responsive developer, etc.

Question: did You have any audio/video desync issues on mibox s Android 9? For me all stream when I choose 60FPS sound plays earlier than video (desync even more in time). It was on twitch and S0undTv as well. Today I even do factory reset but still the same.
On YT - 60FPS videos works fine.
Same problem here, i recently done a factory reset on my mibox 3 and there is no twitch app on the android tv playstore. I thought i have not update my playstore but can confirm the app is missing.
I live south east asia.
Another way to install is sideloading apk and installing it using es file explorer.
