The only streaming devices that support DV at the moment are:
Those cheap android boxes barely have L1 certification so is very likely they will skip DV certification to avoid paying license fees, if you want to go for the cheap use the fire stick with leanback launcher 👌

Seems unanimous and pretty impressive. Shield TV 2109. I went with the Pro as much more for 50 bucks more.
TiVo Stream 4K coming out in a few months will support Dolby Vision.
