Prime video login

Question

Hello all,

I got myself an airtv mini yesterday. When I try to login to prime video with my username and password it said there is some issue and asked me to use the code by going to https://www.primevideo.com/ontv/devices but when I do it nothing happens. No error. Amazon site says it is registered successfully. But when I go to my registered devices page it doesn't show the device. The prime video app on the airtv doesn't refresh after the code is entered.

Any pointers on how to solve this?

On all my devices when I log into Prime video it directs me to https://www.amazon.com/mytv to enter the code.  Maybe try entering it there?

If you have a lot of devices that you've logged into Amazon you may have to delete old devices in the Amazon site on the computer. It worked for me after I did that. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem one one tv and not the other no idea why. So I just cast

Same here, it won't register and I only have a few registered with the app. I tried everything.

Recently I am able to login but Everytime I restart the airtv2 I need login again. At least it works
