Hi, I have a Philips Ambilight TV, one of the newer models from 2019 ('The One') and a Oneplus7. Sometimes the cast icon won't be there or will be but the TV won't show up. However the 'real' Chromecast that's in bedroom never fails to show, neither does my router-based Chromecast.
Is there something worth doing that can change that? Thanks in advance!
If you don't see the cast icon when the TV is OFF then that is a Chromecast Built-in normal behavior, otherwise I suggest to make sure the app is up to date, you can also add a comment to Google's Issue Tracker about the aforementioned problem, they said it was not supported and I asked for that when I had a Mi Box 3 two years ago...
