Am i missing something? My 2016 Philips Android TV had this from day 1. I remember because the first thing I did was watch the grand tour in 4k on it. Granted the app back then was not in the play store but was in Philips store, but even when it transitioned over to play store I've always had 4k. Again, I watched the new grand tour just last week in 4k on my 2019 Philips set.
