I have an Philips TV with Android and I´m able to add several google accounts.
But although all accounts synchronize their content, I only see the content of the currently active account in the films app.
Unfortunately, there is no way to mark another account as active. Only way is deleting all other accounts.
Is there a solution here or is it just not going to end?
Maybe try install or sideload gmail app and try manage the accounts that way?
Maybe not what you are looking for, but I have a Philips Android TV too and we created an account purposedly for it to later discover we couldn't swap users, so I discovered this:
Are any of the Google accounts tied to Movies Anywhere accounts? It's not a perfect solution because not all movie studios participate but that's how we get around this limitation. Most of our movies are on my Google account but we do have some that are spread out between two other accounts. I leave the Android TV's logged into my account but I created Movies Anywhere accounts for all three of us and tied each of them to their respective Google Play accounts and Vudu accounts. Once you connect the accounts, most of the movies they own on Google Play will also be available to watch in the Movies Anywhere app and the Vudu app. Now we use the Google Play app to access my account, the Movies Anywhere app to access my wife's movies, and the Vudu app for my daughter's movies.
You want to access all movies which were purchased across multiple accounts? Or what's your end goal?
