Android TV Philips 49PUT7032 Smart TV NO YOUTUBE?

Youtube had an issue on this tv. When I opened Youtube it says "Action not allowed."

Philips Game store and Play store is absolutely useless. THERE ISNT YOUTUBE AT ALL. But I managed to download Youtube back after I deleted it through an unconventional method which I learnt from this youtube link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJ0IjKDSJEY .

Problem is, it still doesn't work and it's still giving me the same error "Action not allowed."

How do I get this to work now?

Your TV has Android 5.1, it's not an Android TV . It's also a rather old model as well.

Phillips Tvs are worthless. I made the mistake of buying one. It seems like a tv from the 90s. Anyways your only solution is to buy an android TV box and that would solve it.
