Hisense 55H9F boot loop

Hi everyone,

Hoping for some help. Bought a Hisense H9F after reading rave reviews on it. Scoured BestBuy for a week to actually find one in stock.

Brought it home, set it up for store use mode and watched the trailer just fine. Had to go to a party, so I reset it out of store mode went to check for updates and it said there were none. I shut it off and came back about 4 hours later and it told me there was an update. I updated it and ever since it has been boot looping.

I called customer service and they sent me the manual update package, i update it and no change. I would just exchange it, but it’s such a hot ticket item that no one has it.

Does anyone have any additional recommendations. I’m very familiar with unlocking android etc. so willing to dig into this a bit if anyone has the guidance to offer.

Maybe remove the power cable and hold down the power button for 30 seconds? Only thing I can think of.

I returned the tv and went with a TCL 6 Series. They wanted to replace the main board and I didn’t have the patience for it.
