So I have Nvidia Shield TV 2017 and the Play Next doesn't work for Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and Hulu. It works for Disney+ and the service just launched.

I’ve got the same and Amazon and Hulu play next for me.
It is up to the individual apps to populate that area. The apps you listed just haven't decided to take advantage of it.
