Hi guys!
I have my PC and TV in two different rooms. I'd like to be able to play videogames from my PC on my TV. I'd also like to be able to stream the phone screen to my PC. These are literally the only two things I want or need.
Now, Nvidia Shield TV seems fun but it offers A TON of useless features and seems extremely bloated + it's rumored to have constant issues with controllers, even common ones.
Steam link is not for sale anymore and I'm quite sure I don'r want to buy a used one - their lifetime was pretty meh.
What else is there on the market?
I have the Nvidia Shield TV (2017) with the Steam Link app and the GeForce Experience app, works perfect for me with my Nvidia GTX 970 graphics card to stream any game to my TV from my PC.
I have used the Shield controller and Xbox 360 controller with no issues.
The Shield has a Chromecast built in and you can cast content from your phone to the TV.
I used a Steam Link for years but I think the Shield is better in every way.
