Hi, when I log into Netflix on my laptop and download a tv series, is it possible to watch the downloaded content on Netflix on my Sony Bravia Android TV.

Well, not without connecting your laptop to the tv as a monitor.

I believe it is device dependant. Ie you can only watch downloaded content on the device you download with.

No, but you can use PlayOn to record Netflix to your PC, then just share the file location to stream over your network. Quality is capped at HD though, but the recording is yours to keep.
