I was wondering this myself.  AFAIK, Google certified (genuine) Android TV devices are supposed to be 100% Chromecast compatible, so the fact that they're selling the Stadia bundle with a Chromecast Ultra gives me some hope.

Ac coding to the Android TV team in a conference held this September, Stadia will come to Android TV in 2020 along with Android TV 11.

Most probably Google will end Stadia before it even reaches there.
