AGT428 ? I thought it was AGT418.
I don't mean to hijack your thread but have you received a single software update since you got this box?
I have the same Jetstream box and I have not received any software updates
It depends on your TV's CEC configuration. On one of my TV's it will turn it on, but not off. On the other, it does both.
