I want to at least give them feedback somehow because there currently are a lot of things wrong with it and a lot of things that should be improved (even subtitles don't work on their native Mediaplayer)
So yeah, how can I have an impact as right now I don't even know where I can send some feedback that'll be looked at.

Do yourself a favour and get a external android device and use one of your hdmi inputs and put the headache of the TVs interface or any other xiaomi issues behind you. Yse it's extra exspence but even a firestick would be quicker and better supported....
I have a shield tv 2015 got a Sony Bravia TV that is sooooooooooooo slow I use the hdmi and boom have a mecool m8s Pro l as well all run better than the Sony Bravia 😏
Xiaomi isn't really known for listening to constructive feedback.
They're hardly even known for listening to a unified scream from their community.
