How about if AAC 5.1 is actually working on all five speakers. Right now the center and the two rear speakers do not work on any AAC 5.1 movie.

Mibox3 has the same problem as for the first release had DD/DTS support out of the box on SPDIF

after some updates Xiaomi messed things up and only DD works on SPDIF now

well SPIDIF is an old tech and companies just don't care anymore so nothing to really blame here except...................

Minix NEO T5 can offer full SPDIF support out of the box since it has a dedicated SPDIF port
