If you activate CEC settings on both your box and TV you should be able to control both using only the tv remote. No airmouse though
This is a W10 remote, it has buttons specific for that. What do you need the IR for? With something like the G20 you can IR learn your TV remotes power button, so you can turn it on anytime. This way you don't need Bluetooth anymore.
