How to install an APK on my android TV (now ES File explorer is dead)

I need to install a specific apk on my android tv (not rooted).

I was using ES File explorer but now the app is no more available on the PlayStore.

Which application can I use to install an apk, please ?

I'm old school and use adblink program to install apk's remotely via adb

USB Stick and install Apk's using the Xplore App - which comes from ATV Playstore

You could install alternate Apps stores .apk like Fdroid or Aptoide:
