I have a TCL 4k Android TV. I have the prime video app installed from the official play store, and yet the HDR content never plays in 4k, only in 1080p HD. Any ideas?

What's your internet connection?
Prime Video has 2 entries, 1 for 1080p and 1 for 4K. You have to search for the 4K one.
