Any App to use android TV remote mic as a Speaker?

Yeah that's never going to happen. For one, there's now way to transmit audio to the remote control, because the Bluetooth device profile does not support audio out. Besides that, you can't just use a microphone as a speaker without hardware modifications. The chip used to sample audio from the microphone (ADC) is exactly the opposite as the chip to convert digital signals to audio (DAC). An app won't change that.

You're not going to be able to change the mic over to being a speaker. You can however try to find a Shield remote that has the headphone jack.
