KN320 looks like a BT/wireless device in a car (most likely). I think you can ignore them, as you cannot ban a BT device or add it to an ignore list. I used to get pairing messages from a neighbor most likely at some point. Your issue is caused by a device that keeps trying to connect to nearby devices. Are you at ground level, is there a parking lot nearby?
just disconnect the “unknown” device from the usb where is connected if you are not using it
