as long as my mi box is still working as i wanted it to, im not gonna update it EVER. the last time i did, it stopped playing netflix vids, at times it stopped playing midway. ironically that time i was having second thoughts, i was like hmm should i update? seems ok to me. ok whats the worst that could happen. its an update, i probably need it. so i updated. and then i hated myself for not following my instincts.

edit: you know what, mi boxes are cheap. i would most likely do an update when its soo outdated that it nots running anymore. and if it get bricked or something well id get a new one. for its price 3 years of use is worth it imo.
what about nvidia shield? anyone know?
