I have H96 Max + with 4Gb ram and 32GB ROM. It has rockchip rk3328 cpu and mali 450 gpu.
Is it possible to install different OS? or should i install?
also how can i update it to android 9.0?

I'm fairly certain your device doesn't have any ROM, Let alone 32GB.
What would 32GB of ROM even do?
