Updated to 8.0.0 last week and I can't toggle between apps anymore. Used to press and hold home and could toggle and close down apps. Not anymore

For me it's always been a double tap on the home button.
If you are using Bravia i have bad news for you: they removed the recent apps. The only thing you can do:
install ButtonMapper
rebind one of your buttons to Recent apps.
What platform are you using? On my shield I double-tap home button to view my running apps.
