If you can hold off another month and another 20 dollars, Nvidia is supposed to announce their new products. One of them being a dongle and hopefully around 100.
The one with the most powerful GPU, and at the budget end of the market that would be the MECOOL KM3 that has a ARM Mali G-31 GPU.
That much newer G-31 GPU is noticeably more powerful vs the old Mali-450 in the Mi Boxes and Jetstream 4K Ultra
Just be aware you will not get Android TV Netflix with the Mecool devices.
Strictly use it just for gaming retro games for like PlayStation NES SNES N64 and how does it work with Kodi thanks for your response
